While we would love to provide our services to shoppers all around the globe, currently, we're unable to accept payment methods from outside the United States due to several reasons.

1. Regulations: Each country has different rules and regulations regarding overseas transactions, which can make the process quite complex.

2. Fraud Prevention: Unfortunately, some locations are known for higher rates of fraudulent activities. To protect our customers and ourselves, we implement certain measures.

3. Currency Conversion: Dealing with numerous currencies can lead to complexities in pricing, taxes, tariffs, and fees posed by international banks.

4. Payment Processing: Some international payment modes might not be compatible with our payment processing system.

However, we're constantly exploring options to expand our services internationally. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Apologies for any inconvenience, but currently, we do not accept orders from outside the United States. Here's why:

1. Shipping Constraints: Logistic complexities and high costs of international shipping can make overseas deliveries challenging.

2. Compliance with Laws: Every country has their own laws, regulations, and customs requirements regarding imports and exports. It might be difficult to ensure compliance with all of these.

3. Cost Implications: Import duties and taxes can significantly increase the total cost of the product, making it less affordable for customers.

4. Returns and Refunds: Processing returns and refunds could be more complicated and costly when shipping internationally.

We are continuously working on expanding our operations. We hope to offer international shipping in the future. We appreciate your understanding.

We understand the need for flexibility in shipping options. However, the inability to change the shipping method 2 days after an order has been processed is due to the following reasons:

1. Processing Speed: Once an order is processed, it swiftly moves further along in the supply chain towards picking, packing, and dispatching; this makes changes difficult.

2. Shipping Service: The chosen shipping method is usually tied to specific agreements with shipping partners, altering an order's shipping method could disrupt these arrangements.

3. Accurate Tracking: Tracking information may be incorrect if we adjust the shipping method after the order has entered the shipping process.

4. Operational Efficiency: To ensure efficiency and timely delivery, it is essential to maintain the integrity of the order process once it has begun.

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, to amend an order, we recommend customers to do it as soon as possible before it has been processed.

return policy

At ISWI shop, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items within 30 days of receipt, given the following conditions:

1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. Condition of Product: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original tags and packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase is mandatory for processing the return.

4. Exceptions: Unfortunately, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Delivery time for orders can vary significantly based on several factors:

2. Shipping Method: Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping options can deliver in 2-3 business days.

3. Destination: Delivery times can be longer for orders shipped to remote or rural areas.

4. External Factors: Unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays can also affect delivery times.

WARRANTY

ISWI shop is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. Each piece comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Here's what the warranty includes:

1. Coverage: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as issues with the craftmanship or material of the jewelry.

2. Repairs: If your jewelry suffers a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we'll repair it free of charge. If the piece can't be repaired, we'll replace it with an identical piece, or if an identical piece is not available, a piece of equal value.

Please note:

1. Proof of Purchase: The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase from ISWI shop.

2. Limitations: The warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, accident, loss, or misuse. It also does not cover alterations or repairs not performed by ISWI shop.

3. Maintenance: Warranty remains valid only if you follow our care instructions, which includes regular cleaning and avoidance of harsh chemicals.
